Clarkson's Farm star Kaleb Cooper has applied to the local council for permission to live on his caravan plot so that he can look after his animals.
The farmer, 25, who shot to fame as Jeremy Clarkson's right hand man on the Amazon Prime series, has a smallholding of around four acres not far from Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm.
Kaleb, who recently celebrated the birth of his second child with his fiancée Taya, has claimed he must stay there full time to look after his pigs, chickens and calves.
He has applied for two years' worth of retrospective planning permission to West Oxfordshire District Council - which has been locked in a row with Clarkson since last year.

Since then, the site - which is the subject of the presenter's popular Amazon series, Clarkson's Farm - has been inundated with scores of visitors.
A lack of parking space resulted in cars being left on boggy mounds on the side of a road, damaging land and triggering outrage among some locals in the quiet village of Chadlington.
But now a planning inspector has given the green light to the extension, and for changes to use of the land - but proposals to add a restaurant on site were turned down.
Last month Kaleb shared his baby news on Instagram with a picture of him cuddled the newborn, who was wrapped in a white blanket, and revealed her sweet name before gushed that she was born in his beloved Chipping Norton.
The TV star, who also shares two-year old son Oscar with his partner, wrote: 'Welcome to the world. Willa Grace Cooper. Born in CHIPPING NORTON'.

It comes after Kaleb revealed he is undertaking an exciting new career move, as he swaps farm life for the theatre.
Last week he took to Instagram to reveal the exciting news, writing: 'I’m braving it and leaving Chippy for a UK theatre tour!
'I’ll be announcing my first show tomorrow morning, that’s going on sale from 10am.'
He later confirmed that his first stop would be Nottingham as he joked that the theatre was a 'big old barn' and said he was 'looking forward to it'.
He penned: 'The first available date to book tickets for my national tour is going to be in a big old barn called the Nottingham Royal Concert Hall!'
Back in April 2022, Kaleb, said he will never leave the countryside, despite having amassed a huge fan base.
Born and bred in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, a small town with a population of just 6,337, Kaleb says he never wants to leave, despite his immense success.

Speaking to The Times magazine back the, he revealed the furthest he has ever travelled from his village is London, which he had visited three times at that point, and hated, describing it as 'f****** awful'.
And talking about going to Stow-on-the-Wold, which is 18 miles away from Chipping Norton, he said: 'I got a nosebleed when we went to Stow.'
The prospect of travelling abroad is even less likely, as the farming expert does not currently own a passport.
He also found himself bewildered recently when he encountered a revolving door when the Clarkson's Farm team returned to London for the Farm to Fork summit.
He had never seen a revolving door before and was so blown away by seeing one, he went round it a few times to get the full experience.
Jeremy, 63, even posted a video to Instagram showing Kaleb smiling at the revelation, saying: 'He has never seen a revolving door before'.
Kaleb branded the experience 'amazing' and couldn't believe his luck.
Fans wrote in the comments: 'God bless Kaleb, one of the purest persons there is.'
'We need a sitcom of just Kaleb trying new things out that blow his mind on the show it was paying for parking in the London & here it's a revolving door.'
'I bet if he goes through it fast enough and really gets it spinning he’ll come out the other end with a new perm.'
