Emmerdale fans are demanding a spin-off of the ITV soap.
During Monday evening’s episode of Emmerdale, viewers saw some of the characters head out on a fishing trip. It was all part of the ongoing attempt to get some of the village’s men opening up and talking about issues they are facing.
It has followed Paddy’s mental health issues. Tonight, we saw him open up to best mate Marlon about his marriage with Chas coming to an end.

“I’ll buy you all a pint but I have something important to do,” Paddy said, as he left the group. “I’ll reveal everything when the time is right. I just wanted to say I appreciate everything.”
Later, viewers saw Paddy visit Chas to ask her for a divorce. Something which has felt inevitable for some time.
“I’m talking to the solicitor and I think we should sort the divorce.” Paddy explained. “Things have changed and I don’t see the point of prolonging it any longer.”
The major matter seemed to be as amicable as it could be between Paddy and Chas. Although, despite this major bombshell, many Emmerdale fans seemed more interested in the fishing trip.

Many took to Twitter to demand a new programme focused on the Emmerdale fishing trips. We saw @Emmerdale1876h post: “I’d love to watch a regular series of these Emmerdale fishing trips.”
While @stevebethere added: “Stay tuned everybody for the fishing channel #emmerdale.” Another viewer @JamieSummersTV posted: “I love the Man Club scenes #Emmerdale.”
