We’ve gone a few months without the 126 now. The 118 has certainly kept us entertained, and there have been some stressful episodes—especially the most recent. That doesn’t mean we wouldn’t love to tune straight into the 126’s calls in the hour afterward. The bad news is we’re still not going to get to see the 126 in action. 911 Lone Star Season 4 is not coming to FOX this month. It’s not coming at all in 2022.
When will 911 Lone Star Season 4 premiere on FOX?
There isn’t a premiere date just yet. This isn’t that surprising. All we’ve known since the fall schedule was announced was that 911 Lone Star was being held for the midseason again. That would mean a January 2023 premiere date at the earliest. We’re sure to get the January premiere dates very soon. FOX will want us prepared for when shows return after their winter breaks.
We’re still expecting the return to be in early 2023. We’re even thinking the first Monday of the New Year. 911 Season 6 will be on a long winter break, returning in the spring, so Lone Star will take over the 8 p.m. ET/PT timeslot until then.
We do have a few new actors on the series. TVLine announced three familiar faces to TV, and we’ll see a Suits reunion on the show. D.B. Woodside is coming into the show, giving him a chance to reunite with Gina Torres, and we can’t wait! He’ll play a father and preacher who comes to Texas with his daughter. Will we see some interactions with Torres’s Tommy?
Neal McDonough will return to the series, reprising the role of Sgt. Ty O’Brien. He and Owen Strand did not get along when he appeared in Season 3. Amanda Schull is the third face in the series. she’ll play an FBI agent in need of Owen’s help. It turns out there’s an extremist group potentially planning an attack.
